Sullivan County Department of Public Health will host a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics over the next three months.
Offered will be Pfizer vaccines for those 6 months to 4 years old, first, second and third doses; first, second and boosters for those ages 5 to 11; as well as booster shots for those 12 and older. The Moderna booster for those 18 and older will also be offered.
Clinics will be held at the Sullivan County Department of Public Health at 50 Community Lane in Liberty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, Sept. 17, Oct. 8 and Nov. 19, and at the Monticello Firehouse at 23 Richardson Ave. in Monticello from 3 to 7 p.m. Fridays, Sept. 16, Oct. 7 and Nov. 18.

Hello Livingston Manor Families! Come kick off the new school year with a fun-filled event for the students, families, and the whole LMCS Community on Thursday, September 15th from 5 to 7pm! You will have the opportunity to meet your teachers, play some fun games, participate in other activities being offered, and dunk some LMCS staff members in the dunk tank. The Manor Wildcats PTSA will host its inaugural spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, in the Livingston Manor cafeteria. Tickets are $10 per dinner and are available for preorder at https://tinyurl.com/LMCSspaghetti . Each ticket includes spaghetti and meatballs, roll, water and a cookie. All proceeds will benefit programs and activities at LMCS

Staff is back and ready to get the year started. LMCS and Roscoe held a joint conference day at RCS on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Faculty and staff from both districts heard updates from Superintendent John Evans, listened to an entertaining and informative presentation from Dr. Stephen “Bird” Bichak, enjoyed a lunch and heard a presentation on the proposed merger of the school. Livingston Manor will have a second conference day at LMCS on Thursday, Sept. 1. We all look forward to see our students on Tuesday, Sept. 6!

On Tuesday, July 19, from 8:15 to 10 a.m. the school doctor, Dr. Trivedi, will be n the nurse's office for sport physicals and physicals at no charge.
Any student playing a sport is required to have a yearly physical. This physical will be valid for the 2022-23 sport season.
Also, any student in seventh, ninth or 11th grade is required by New York State to have a physical. This physical is also valid for working papers.
A parent or guardian need not attend but is suggested. No appointment is needed. Please use the "bus door" to enter the building.
