Livingston Manor kindergarteners went on a wild gingerbread man hunt through the school in search of that crazy little guy before break! He was found back in the classroom safe and sound with a bowl of gingerbread cookies for everyone. The class thanks the awesome LM staff, even including our ‘Mr. Jordan’ (security), for helping make this event come to life … they truly made this something our little ones will always remember! See photos from the hunt on our Facebook page.
Enjoy break!
Kindergartners took a walk up to the high school home ec room Thursday to decorate the cookies they made last week with the 'big kids. Ms. Davis and the students created a fun and exciting event for the little ones! See more photos on our Facebook page.
The LMCS primary grades got a visit from St. Nicholas (better known as Santa Claus) on Thursday morning. He was able to squeeze in a quick visit before his busy night this weekend!
One of Santa's top elves, Ariel Mears, came to visit the kindergarten on Wednesday with a special delivery! Ariel's grandma, Fay Mears, made countless stockings for kindergartners year after year after year. Nana Fay, as she was affectionately known, passed away two years ago. Ariel was not going to let Livingston Manor kindergartners go without those homemade, hand stitched stockings... in memory and honor of her amazing grandma, Ariel has taken up the task of making gifts from the heart and made a stocking for each of our little ones! They are absolutely beautiful and we know these students will have these unbelievable stockings to enjoy for many years.
